Our club relies on the dedication, energy, and passion of incredible volunteers to keep our teams running smoothly every week. 

Whether you want to step onto the pitch as a Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Manager, or lend a hand as a Match Day Helper (acting as Ground Marshal, Referee, Linesperson, and more), your involvement makes a huge difference to our players. 

We also welcome support in running our Canteen, stepping into Subcommittee / Committee Roles, or assisting with Other Match Day and general tasks.

Truganina Lions FC is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants. As a recognized 2-Star Club Changer by Football Australia, all volunteers agree to adhere to the following standards:

• Working with Children Check (WWCC): All adult volunteers over 18 working with minors must hold or apply for a valid, current Victorian WWCC listing Truganina Lions FC.
• Code of Conduct: Uphold Football Victoria and Truganina Lions FC Codes of Conduct, demonstrating respect toward players, match officials, parents, and opponents at all times.
• Child Safeguarding: Comply strictly with Football Australia’s Safeguarding Policy and child safety standards across all training sessions and matchdays.
